Possessing over 25 years of operational, analytical, and commercial experience, he specialises in assisting organisations to develop game-changing strategies that reduce costs, enable digital transformation, and improve operating efficiencies to deliver competitive advantages. Over his extensive career, James has studied and worked with the world’s most advanced supply chain organisations, serving as a trusted strategic adviser to hundreds of multinationals, government agencies, universities, and technology providers.
Dr Jason Pallant is a Senior Lecturer and Co-Director of the Customer Experience and Insight (CXI) Research Group at Swinburne University of Technology.
